course. I am not sure yet if it will be on this year, if you think

On a variety of days during the summer we sketch in
different locations, some during the week, others at
weekends. These classes
are for individuals, adults and
students. The locations
we will probably return to are below
and this class is for a range of abilities, beginners upwards.

Using a range of inspiring locations, capture London's life,
architecture and atmosphere in your sketchbook or on your
Explore sketching strategies to make the very best of your
time on location, making your drawings more decisive,
efficient and engaging. From very quick drawings to
developing a fully formed idea a range of exercises will
improve your confidence in working outside.     

Workshops run from 10.30-16.30 and cost £45. Maximum
number 12.
The classes will be taught by Jeanette

Materials Drawing board and paper and or sketchbooks, soft
pencils, fat graphite stick, charcoal, a few coloured chalks, rubber,
(pens and ink if you want - not necessary)

Borough Market and London Bridge
As there are a couple of entrances, meet outside the London tube
station entrance that's next to NAT WEST bank.

South Bank area.
Meet in the foyer of the Festival Hall at the front, there is a cafe and
tables near the windows overlooking the river on

Piccadilly Area
Meet in courtyard of Royal Academy

Natural History Museum

In this session we will be drawing the archtecture of the inside of the
museum and some of the specimens within.

For all the workshops meet at the location by 10.30, I will be
there from 10.15.
Please note if it rains we will meet as usual but may have to draw
inside buildings/galleries. Fingers crossed for good weather.
